4C's of Diamond
Cut, Color, Carat & Clarity are used throughout the world to classify the attributes of diamonds. Combination of the highest 4 C's ratings are more rare & consequently, more expensive.
Cut refers to the angles & proportions of transforming a rough diamond into polished one. It also refers to the shape of a diamond - Round, Oval, Marquise, Heart, Pear, Emerald, and Square.
Clarity refers to the presence of inclusions in a diamond.
