Lifetime Warranty  Every diamond comes with a warranty & is free from any manufacturing defects. In the most unlikely event, if there is any   problem related to manufacturing the product will be repaired by us. Customer needs to bring along the Purchase bill and Guarantee Certificate.

Lifetime Exchange We take great pride in our reputation for quality & excellence. Every purchase comes with an Exchange Facility by deducting 25% on MRP. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Purchase we'll assist you with a prompt exchange on subject of the following Limitations -

  • Product must be unused and in Original Conditions accompanied with Receipt & Guarantee Certificate strictly within 30 days pcm.
     
  • After our Technical Expert's Inspection, there would be 100% EXCHANGE OR REFUND only if the Product is found to have any manufacturing defect.  If for some reason after your purchase, you change your mind, this can be exchanged within one month from the date of purchase, 25% will be deducted on the MRP.


Lifetime Buyback Every diamond is backed by a buyback facility. In case of buyback, if the product is in salable condition, we will deduct standard 25% of MRP on account of handling Charges, Wear & Tear etc. and will refund balance 75% of the MRP to you. To avail yourself, our buyback policy you must accompany with your Purchase bill & Guarantee Certificate. After Technical Evaluation only, we will refund the appropriate amount.

 

Guarantees Certificate Written Statement describing briefly the Quality/Quantity of Diamond. All our products are backed by 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't satisfied, you can return for a refund or exchange 30 days  from the date of purchase.
